James Currie has 25 years of professional experience working in architectural offices, gaining expertise in all aspects of major project management from inception to completion. James is now managing partner at MF Source Capital. He completed his Bachelor of Architecture degree at the University of Florida and finished his 5th year at Florida A&M University. He grew up in a family with an extensive inspiring architectural legacy as his talented father and both grandfathers were successful skilled architects. Inspired by family, James has carried the tradition forward by specializing in major commercial projects and multifamily apartments from design to construction. James focuses on enhancing property acquisition strategies and bridging design excellence with strategic development opportunities. His dedication to innovation drives his vision for shaping the future of multifamily landscapes. He resides in Delray Beach, FL.

One of his key career highlights include generating $20 million in new revenue for Nova Star Mortgage by increasing sales over 38% during 2004 - 2007.
With a passion to deliver superior performance, Harold is a master at building rapport and closing sales.
Harold is now bringing his wealth of experience and network to MF Source Capital and he leads investor relations at MF Source Capital.

Giovanni Villalta is the managing partner of MF Source Capital, a privately held, multifamily investment company, He has been investing in real estate for over 25 years. At the age of 19, he acquired his first property, quickly understood the potential of the industry, and never looked back. He is constantly growing and learning from some of the best in the industry. Giovanni's network of advisors and investors have done over $230 million in apartment deals across 5 states. Together they form partnerships and implement a strategy focusing on improving Class B & C apartment communities in secondary and tertiary markets nationwide.
Historically, multifamily has been the least volatile real estate asset class during downturns while still offering strong upside potential during upcycles. Giovanni loves traveling, camping, and enjoying an active lifestyle with his family in the sunshine state.
